Frequently Asked Questions

In order to set up up the system you have to do the following steps:

  1. Download the “Ludus Coach” and “Ludus Warriors” apps from “Google play” or “App store”
  2. Create a Coach account on the app.
  3. Register The CS-Paddle on the Ludus Coach app. See tutorial
  4. Register the Smart Wristbands on the Ludus Coach App. See tutorial
  5. Create Warrior account on the app
  6. Register the Smart wristband on the Warriors app. See tutorial

Now the system is ready and good to go!

  • Please make sure that you register the Smart Wristband on the Coach app before you try to register it on the Warriors app
  • Make sure that your internet connection on your mobile device is stable
  • If that doesn’t work, contact our Support Team through this link

  • Make sure that your internet connection on your mobile device is stable
  • Make sure that the BlueTooth & Location functions are enabled on your Mobile device
  • Try to press on the clear button of the Ludus Paddle and go to Bluetooth mode again.
  • If that doesn’t work, contact our Support Team through this link

Please make sure you use different email address than you used on the Coach app.

  • In order to create Groups and add athletes into them please see the following video
  • You can add athletes to a group only after they register their wristbands on the Warriors app.

  • Before starting a session, always Sync the Ludus Paddle. See tutorial 
  • Connect the Smart Wristband to the Ludus Paddle. See tutorial 
  • Perform a session with the Ludus Paddle using the relevant working modes. See tutorial
  • Disconnect the Smart Wristband from the Ludus Paddle
  • Sync the CS-Paddle in order to see the performance data on the Coach and Warriors app

  • Make sure that your internet connection on your mobile device is stable
  • Make sure that the BlueTooth & Location functions are enabled on your Mobile device
  • Try to press on the clear button of the Ludus Paddle and go to Bluetooth mode again. 
  • If that doesn’t work, contact our Support Team through this link

  • Try to Sync the paddle again. See tutorial
  • If that doesn’t work, contact our Support Team through this link

The Wristband Icon ∞ should be shown stable on the upper section of the Paddle screen. See CS-Paddle basics tutorial

  • Make sure the Ludus Paddle is on NFC mode. See tutorial
  • Try to touch the red line with the Wristband in different angle 
  • If that doesn’t work, please try the following:
    • Exit the NFC mode by pressing the “Clear” button
    • Press on one of the strike buttons
    • Immediately press on the “Clear” button. 
    • Go to NFC mode again and touch with the Smart wristband the red line

  • Make sure you sync the paddle before starting the training session. See tutorial
  • Make sure that the wristband is connected to the paddle during the training session. The wristband icon ∞ must be shown stable on the top of the Ludus Paddle’s screen during the training session.
